“ClearPoint is focused on increasing business in all their go to markets. One approach to increase business is using a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to cold call companies in specific industry sectors. We wanted to validate this approach before committing to a full-time SDR. To do this we engaged RevGrowth Consulting (RGC). RGC worked collaboratively with ClearPoint on a Proof of Concept to assess the potential for revenue opportunity through outbound lead generation, and to confirm the viability of this approach for ClearPoint in the long-term. The POC has been very successful - RGC measured their performance against agreed key metrics (e.g. calls made, meetings booked), and used agreed scripts (depending upon the go-to-market and/or industry sector).
